The room and the hotel service was great! The cenote and the river are definitely worth a stop at this hotel. Swimming in a cenote at night was an experience we won't forget. Great place to stay.

This hotel has a lot of water-based activities on-site, so it is nice for a day-trip outside of Merida to cool off from the heat. The restaurant is nice and the staff are friendly
